In today’s world time is becoming more valuable since we are busier than ever. The average person working a forty hour work week needs to add two hours per day just for traveling and an additional hour for getting ready to go to work, which means that they are out of the house for at least fifty hours and spending a total of fifty-five hours dedicated for working as an employee. In a seven day week where there are 168 hours, fifty-five hours is a big chunk of time. That is a total of 33% of your week for work. The average Canadian gets seven hours of sleep, which is forty-nine hours dedicated towards sleep. Combine this with work and a total of 63% of your time is being spent doing things that don’t contribute to your life. Don’t get me wrong, sleep is vital, but imagine you would be able to shave thirty hours per week from your work schedule to do things that you love? It’s possible, read on!
